Goal – to practice two x 15 minutes Anapana meditation sessions for 2 weeks, on in the morning and one in the evening

Day 1, Saturday 7 November such a horrible day, this tamoxifen drug is really messing my body up and my mind! Emotions all over the place, lots of crying and feelings of being overwhelmed.

No acupunture and Dr appointment cancelled so cried most of the day

Evening practice is going to take some getting used to, hope I don’t forget one night as I have never done it at night before!

 

Day 2 – Sunday 8 November – great news acupuncture sessions approved hope it is going to help

Office closed due to Covid cases so left to go home

Morning and evening practice done, strugling to focus on the Anapanna

Day 3 – Monday 9 November – morning and evening practise done, on site for today for a apartment viewing

Day 4 – Tuesday 10 November morning and evening practise done

Day 5 – Wednesday 11 November

Lunch with Yolanda, only cried once when she said she is pregnant

Acupunture session, seems to be working, so happy about it

Blood tests with Dr Rabia, she gave me a antidepressent to take but I am not going too.

Day 6 – Thursday 12 November – in office for a bit, felt ok today morning practise done

Day 7 – Friday 13 November 22k cycle – couldnt move into apartment as the lounge floor tiles have all lifted! Didn’t cry today!

Day 8 Saturday 14 November, cycle and walk today, then acupuncture, I think its helping, morning practice good, still finding the evening a challenge from the time perspective
