Vipassana, day… 12.
I went through the entire role of Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro today. As a break between the second act and third act, I did my morning session. It worked quite well, it really has a relaxing effect. I should think about combining meditating with recharging after certain stressful situations. It’s interesting, because you would think that after having focused for an hour, you want to have a minute of not focusing on anything as your break. However, having a meditation break of 15 minutes was great, because at the beginning of the session my thoughts were all over the place anyway and it took me a long time before I could calm down and start feeling what was going on in my body!
