I’m a bit confused as to why we don’t have any more instructions about what to do after two weeks. I just did anapana today because it suited best. For the next two weeks, c’est-à-dire tot en met 30 april, I’m going to do a different meditation and remind myself I don’t have to feel guilty for not doing a “new” one today or feel guilty for the meditation I did in bed the other night. I will feel out and choose which kind of meditation it’ll be for these thirteen days. I will also give myself the freedom to do it in two or three times, if wanted (15-15, 10-20, 10-10-10, etc.). I guess Jackie would advise sticking to one type of meditation. Not sure. Wish I had a bit more direction. Perhaps could feel that out more, too. I’d like to allow two types, I think/feel. Perhaps change each day? Even after several weeks of daily anapana in Experience and two recent weeks of longer daily anapana sessions (I think that means seven and a half total hours), I still feel like an anapana newb and feel somewhat lost doing it (but maybe less).
