Day 18
I’ve started doing Anapana this week and it feels easier than Vipassana, cause you can only focus on one thing. Funny. Before practicing Vipassana I thought it would be easier to have focus moving throughout the practice, but this is way easier.
Talking about Good Mistakes and forgiveness resonated in me. I do think I’m very hard on myself and I have hard time changing the way I feel about that. I want to persevere, because holding a grudge over things I can’t change is only going to weigh me down. I don’t want to be bitter about anything.
