Embrace the struggle!
Personal Success Plan: 12 weeks
1. What do I want to achieve?
I give myself the freedom to work on my aggressive game and active play. For this, I am staying close to the baseline taking the ball early, putting pressure on my opponent. I rush the net when I sense my opportunity. By playing this way, I can develop into a stronger and better player in the long run.
2. What is holding me back?
The fear of making mistakes or of making the wrong decision.
3. What do I stand to gain if I work on my chosen goal?
Greater self-respect, the ability to take decisions at important moments. I feel more relaxed, achieve better results in the long run and this gives me more enjoyment when I’m competing.
4. How am I going to achieve this?
- reading carefully what do I want to achieve every morning for 3 months
- using friendly eyes and good mistakes daily
- Trigger-words: Bold & Daring!
- I meditate every morning for 10 min
- I visualize every morning for 2 min how I execute
- I fill in my PSP daily
